I come here to get my car serviced, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Purchased a 2020 Outlander PHEV based on false information by an inexperienced salesman. Salesman first admitted telling me what he did but when I made a formal complaint with the VSA he suddenl information by an inexperienced salesman. Salesman first admitted telling me what he did but when I made a formal complaint with the VSA he suddenly couldn't recall the conversation. What a mess it turned out to be. Eventually was able to return the car but at a loss to me and no accountability from the Dealership. I'm not done with them yet. They need to learn it's not a good ole boys club and be reprimanded by VSA! Disappointed in the VSA process also. What a joke!! More

Beware of incorrect information Went to purchase a used 2016 Nissan Leaf. I was told that I would be able to get somewhere from 105-130km per charge depending on heat usage. Turns ou Went to purchase a used 2016 Nissan Leaf. I was told that I would be able to get somewhere from 105-130km per charge depending on heat usage. Turns out the vehicle only has about 70km worth of range even when using all the power saving options, which would make it nearly impossible to use for my commute and personal life. When I requested to return it on grounds of misrepresentation of the vehicle's capabilities, they straight up refused. I have since filed a complaint through the VSA, and would recommend people avoid this place at all costs. EDIT: After further talks with Ray, we came to an agreement and have arranged an exchange to a different vehicle. More
