This is my 2nd time buying a car from Tricity Mitsubishi. I have never used a dealership twice but Adrienne Yee is so transparent, warm, extremely knowledgeable and works very hard to get you the best deal. The finance guy, Michael was also upfront, didn't pressure me and made it very simple. I can't say enough about this dealership, the staff and Adrienne even followed up with me after the purchase to see if everything was to my liking. I definitely recommend Tricity Mitsubishi if you want a no pressure, transparent way to buy your next car!!! More

I came in to Tricity Mitsubishi with minimal expectations. After wandering and looking at their used vehicles I was greeted by Eddy. He made sure that we knew everything about the two vehicles we were looking at and helped us make an informed decision. I come here to get my car serviced, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Purchased a 2020 Outlander PHEV based on false information by an inexperienced salesman. Salesman first admitted telling me what he did but when I made a formal complaint with the VSA he suddenl information by an inexperienced salesman. Salesman first admitted telling me what he did but when I made a formal complaint with the VSA he suddenly couldn't recall the conversation. What a mess it turned out to be. Eventually was able to return the car but at a loss to me and no accountability from the Dealership. I'm not done with them yet. They need to learn it's not a good ole boys club and be reprimanded by VSA! Disappointed in the VSA process also. What a joke!! More
