I found something I was interested in at Tricity Mitsubishi, and from my very first interaction, sales consultant Andre Mezadre made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. He responded to me quickly and worked with me to arrange a viewing at my earliest convience. I really appreciated his prompt replies and willingness to work with my schedule. Andre was professional, punctual, and genuinely kind. He took me on a thorough test drive, explained all the features well, and patiently answered every single one of my questions. He really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience of buying a new car. I was equally impressed with sales manager Jerome Rodriguez. He inspected, test-drove my trade-in, and gave me a very fair and honest price for my old Outback. He was genuine and I felt completely respected and treated well, something that made a huge difference to me. As a woman buying a vehicle on my own, I was initially intimidated and worried about possibly being taken advantage of at a dealership. I’m so relieved and happy to say that's not the case at Tri-City Mitsubishi. The entire team treated me with respect and transparency, and the whole process felt honest and straightforward. I also greatly appreciate the ICBC agent who handled the insurance for my new vehicle. She was fantastic! Patient, knowledgeable, and she took the time to help me find the best third-party coverage to properly protect my new investment. From start to finish, everyone at Tri-City Mitsubishi was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient. They were quick to offer to fix a couple of small scratches for free and replaced brakes, tires and control arms to be sure I had smooth ride. Fast, friendly and no hassle at all. As long as you read the fine print there will be no surprises. Buying a used car has and always will have risk, but paying attention to details and asking questions before signing things will go farther than any used car ever will. My experience was very good. Bought 2015 audi Q3 with 160,000km , had leaking valve cover with oil burning off the manifold and they refused to fix it saying it was caused after purchase but it was witnessed during test drive . The dealership made me use my extended warranty to pay for it , and it was misfiring with check engine light on immediately after purchase. They again used extended warranty which came out of my pocket to replace coil packs , spark plugs , pcv valves and injectors. When I got the vehicle back same day I noticed oil mixing into the coolant reservoir and returned it to the dealership. Once I got the car back ive noticed strong coolant smell coming from front radiator and the coolant level is constantly going down. Brought it back to the dealership only for them to tell me there is no leak but ive photographed the level going down and returned it to them with low coolant warnings on the dash only for them to top it off saying its not leaking but clearly it is ! Terrible experience and ive now filed complaint with the VSA . More

From the beginning, I clearly informed the staff that my English reading and writing skills are not strong, and that I needed clear and honest explanations in order to understand the contract properly. Unfortunately, the staff took advantage of this situation. Important details about the vehicle and the contract were not explained clearly or transparently. When problems later became apparent and I raised concerns, I was told that the manager wanted to speak with me. The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional: • No greeting • No introduction • No respect • Aggressive and intimidating attitude Instead of addressing the issue, I was treated as if I was at fault simply because English is not my first language. Taking advantage of a customer’s language barrier is unethical and unacceptable, especially at an official dealership. Due to the seriousness of this situation, I have now filed formal complaints with both the Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia (VSA) and the court. This was not done out of anger, but because of deception, lack of transparency, and refusal to take responsibility. I strongly advise others—especially immigrants or anyone whose first language is not English—to be extremely cautious or avoid this dealership altogether More

A second staff member confirmed I had four free services. Service Manager Sterling Arndt was hostile, accused me of “making trouble,” and repeatedly told me to “go away.” When I said I might not purchase Mitsubishi again, he responded, “I don’t care.” I bought two Mitsubishi vehicles because I trusted the brand. This experience completely destroyed that trust. The sales team was professional and helpful, but the service department was extremely poor. More
Not happy with the service at all,we got an over 50k to 60k car gave us only 1 key and promised for another key because they supposed to give us 2keys for that price we are getting....their promise now is 60k car gave us only 1 key and promised for another key because they supposed to give us 2keys for that price we are getting....their promise now is forgotten now that i called for another key and now they are telling us if its used car theres no guarantee of 2keys but our car is not worth 5k guys,its 50k plus and you dont shoulder that and you even promised about that..such a disappointment after all the sales and deals done they will ignore you after.. I feel I received a fair deal for the vehicle and the condition of the car was in excellent condition with extremely low mileage for the age of the car. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend if seeking a new or used vehicle from them to ask for JJ so that you may receive the same great service that I experienced from him. The contact from JJ while contemplating the purchase was just right with no pressure to purchase. The follow up contact has been great making sure the car experience was great. I would definitely buy another car from JJ if I was in the market to do so. More
