I recently paid a visit to Tri City Mitsubishi's parts department. I has helped by Mike. He was very helpful getting me the right wiper blade replacements for my Outlander PHEV. Being a senior citizen he department. I has helped by Mike. He was very helpful getting me the right wiper blade replacements for my Outlander PHEV. Being a senior citizen he offered to show me how to change the blades so we went out to the car and he showed me how to remove the blades. We then went back into the parts area and he said he wasn't busy so he offered to swap over the blades for me. I think this was really great service. I will be back soon for a maintenance call. Thanks Mike Jim S More

Deep had been bugging me for weeks on facebook market to buy my car, but always offered less than I was willing to go. Finally agreed to a fair price and we set up a meet time at the dealership. After makin buy my car, but always offered less than I was willing to go. Finally agreed to a fair price and we set up a meet time at the dealership. After making me wait for over 45 minutes, he finally came down to meet me. Brought his boss to see the car (another 25-30 minutes) and comes back to me with a price that was $6000 below what we had agreed upon. Mind you, he had seen multiple pictures, and had access to the pre-purchase inspection Canadian Tire had done only 2 weeks prior. I drove 50 minutes to get there. What a waste of a day. Needless to say, I would not do business with them nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Esp when it's to do with a used vehicle dealing with this company. Went there recently with wifey to check out an older Porsche roadster they've got listed with price and carfax. We showed up and met up with a couple of sales guy, whose name we were given to ask for when we go. They showed us the vehicle on the lot all cleaned and tires even dressed. Interior was vaccummed as well. We were pretty impressed at that moment. They then handed us the key, hung a demo plate on the car and told us to go ahead and take it out for a test drive on our own. We sat in it and spent some time getting it all set up and such. Those gentlemen had already left to take care of something else. We looked at each other and my wife remarked that they didn't even qualified us first, as well as without checking our DL and not make a photocopy of it as so far all dealerships we've visited does so. We thought that was pretty negligent on their part, both for liability and insurance purposes! Oh well, since they trusted, we might as well take it out for a test drive. I inspected before pulling away and during the drive I noted a couple of issues like the front tires having uneven wear, brakes and rotors seemed worn and the AC totally inoperative. The drive was fine as we're careful as well, being seniors and respectful of other's property, even though it was a 2-seater sportscar! After the drive, I related to the sales guy the above concerns that I had. There're by now at least 3 of them in the 'welcoming' party. They all echoed the same reply - that this car had not been SAFETY CHECKED at the shop after being traded in! And that I'm welcome to put a refundable deposit on it while they sent it in the next days to get it "Safety'ed" and a full report will be presented to me thereafter. At that point, my wife and I found this delaership to be rather shonky. First being negligent in not qualifying someone before letting a vehicle out on a test drive. Imagine which or how many red blooded young brood may have taken this out before we did and how they might had abused the car during a test drive, without regard by the dealer to qualify. Secondly, to allow any used and freshly traded in vehicle to be put on the lot for sale with a price listed and further allowing for customer's test drives BEFORE PUTTING THOSE VEH THRU THEIR SERVICE DEPT'S 'SAFETY INSPECTION"? That to us is highly negligent, and maybe bothering on legality issues. 2 days later, I was notified by one of the sales guy that someone else came right after our visit that day, test drove and put a deposit on the unit. The car then went thru Safety and it needed work, which he didn't want to elaborate. And that they'll be selling it to the other chap not only for the listed price, BUT he'll be paying for all of the additional parts and labor incurred to bring it up to snuff. Did I mention then, to be BUYER'S BEWARE with this dealership?? More

Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. They did not meet our needs but instead forced an unsuitable vehicle on us that is a risk to our lives and refused to switch it out after a day: They did not meet our needs but instead forced an unsuitable vehicle on us that is a risk to our lives and refused to switch it out after a day: More
