It was a great experience dealing with Trento Kia very recently. Buying even one car can be stressful, so having a smooth experience with two Subarus was big win. Rocky start that only got worse. Lack of knowledge about the vehicles you are selling is unacceptable in today’s environment of well-researched consumers. With the prominence of online car reviewers, print media contributors and dedicated forums interested buyers are able to make informed decisions before even entering a dealership, they should not be met by sales people who lack even the basic knowledge of the products, offerings and even general car terms. The sales experience was under whelming to say the least. Salesperson was friendly enough but all others, financial services manager, floor manager and even those in the service department we’ve dealt with have been reserved, argumentative and downright rude. This dealership has gone down tremendously since the Suzuki days and will likely continue to worsen if basic customer service issues are not addressed. If you are set on getting a Kia, or even just curious about their vehicles, do yourself a favour and find a different dealership. Current renovations to their space may make them look more appealing, but it’s what’s inside that counts and in that regard they are lacking on all fronts. - Dissatisfied Kia owner since 2023 More

I just purchased a car from Trento Kia. I placed an order for it many months ago. A few weeks ago I found out there was an issue with the order due to another dealer's unscrupulous methods. Trento were extremely proactive in helping me resolve the issue and making sure I receive the car I ordered. I dealt with Michael, Lawrence, and John and they were all fantastic. I have had kia since 2016 from a soul to a sportage. Love the brand but I couldn't stand the service. Worse I've come across from a lot of dealers. Until I made my way to Trento. To start of I met the sales Consultant Jordan accidentally. I had previously called and made an appointment with another agent and went to the wrong location. *apologies to that agent btw* so after leaving the other place I went to accidentally *terrible service* I called Trento again since I forgot the agents name I first made contact with and then I found JORDON. Arriving at Trento, Jordan quickly stood up and welcomed me not knowing what I even looked like. Great personality, exceptional professionalism and super positive attitude. I was already beyond words with the beginning of my experience. Never had I had this with kia. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better I met the pre owned manager Mike, who again was super amazing. He came and stood right beside me as we spoke about my trade in. He was open and honest, telling me everything there was to know about my trade in. Even though the offer I had gotten at previous location was $5,000.00 lower. The service was exceptional. Speaking with my wife and telling her how we have never had this before and regardless of getting less, I have to buy this car from Jordon and Trento. You would think the good would stop there, but no the business manager Lawrence adds even more to this already remarkable experience. I will tell you that if you are looking for a Kia or other. Give Trento a visit FIRST. You will not regret it. More
