Developed a good relationship with the service team over the years. Rob Dako has been instrumental in building our relationship with the service team at ToyotaTown. He was our first contact with the service advisor team when we first came to London, but he is just one member of a conscientious team who put the customer first. If there has been a problem they go out of their way to solve the matter as best they can. Service manager and his team of advisors, mechanics and technicians are a credit to ToyotaTown London. More

As Todd was looking after me,he was aware that I had recent eye surgery and being in my senior years I do have a problem with walking.he suggested that I take the ride home and would have the car by the afternoon ,which it was and I had a delightful pick up, and then Todd made certain that the car was ready just outside the show room so that I did not have a distance to walk to it. Service Experience I took my Venza in for a warranty schedule oil change and check up. The service I received was excellent. I had to wait less then 10 minutes before be I took my Venza in for a warranty schedule oil change and check up. The service I received was excellent. I had to wait less then 10 minutes before being approached by a service adviser. My adviser Mike Minarsky was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable, listened to my needs and answered all my questions. I will ask for him at my next service appointment. In addition my service work was completed in less time ten I expected. Service Excellence! I received excellent service on Saturday May 21 2016! It was the Saturday of the long weekend, and I had convinced myself that the grinding sound comi I received excellent service on Saturday May 21 2016! It was the Saturday of the long weekend, and I had convinced myself that the grinding sound coming from the passenger front wheel of my Scion was very serious! I was concerned I would not be able to drive for the entire long weekend!I e-mailed my service request after midnight on Friday - and had a response very early Saturday morning. I was invited to come in for an inspection. Upon arriving at about 8:15 am I was greeted by Peter Engelmanas. He was very attentive and assured me that they would be able to check out my Scion right away (the 8:00 app't was a no show!). He told me that the matter may be resolved easily - but he would let me know asap, and offered me a free coffee.. Within a half hour Peter returned to tell me that the issue was a loose fender liner, which had been repaired with a new clip, NO CHARGE! And I was offered a free car wash as well. So within a half hour I had my concerns addressed, my car fixed and washed - all for NO CHARGE! On a holiday weekend!!! I was extremely pleased and impressed with this level of service. More

You have that charisma, passion, creativity, spontaneity, dedication, sincerity, professionalism. A seller must have that selling nature when closing a sale. You knew sell your brand, in this case Toyota. No matter how good is your product if there is not a good seller to close the sale. But most importantly someone who makes you smile. My car was first assessed by one of the technicians for no charge, and then Mike provided a brief explanation, then proceeded to show me how to respond to the issue, & then invited me to try a few times. I gained insight & felt very confident sharing this information with my husband later in the day. More
