We all know car issues can be costly but necessary and somehow Rob always manages to leave me with a satisfied smile when the service is done. By the way, when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, I was able to send Rob an email and he answered early the very next morning with some possibilities...you just have to be impressed!!
