Love this place! This is an outstanding place to take your car. It's always a pleasure to go. You get a free drink and get to relax in comfort while you're waiting, plus there is an inviting snack bar available too. Really, the only way it could be nicer would be a free shoulder massage while you wait!!!! I've even popped in unannounced, had a dent checked out and got some advice, all for free. They have a well organized shuttle service if you need to get somewhere. I moved to London a couple of years ago and have been extremely pleased to find this place. Only tip: there is a big rush on getting winter tires on, so book your appointment way ahead of time. I use their tire storage service as well. Great place!! More

I am the Queen of last-minute and they are always able to accommodate me in a reasonable time frame, which is so important as someone who works on-call only has so many opportunities for vehicle servicing.
