We saw an ad for a used vehicle that we were interested in, for sale at Toyotatown. My husband just "wanted to look" and wasn't sure if he could get much for the vehicle he had to trade in. Someone on the staff opened the door for us and ushered us into a big, bright, very clean showroom. Nicole greeted us with a smile and was quick accommodate us. She offered us coffee or tea and even Hallowe'en treats while we waited for her to get the car. She got the keys and brought the car up from the back lot. The car had just come in and hadn't even been cleaned yet, for which she apologized, explaining that it would be detailed and shined up. While we took it for a test run, she had someone look over the vehicle we had to trade. By the time we got back, she had an offer for the trade and the pricing on the car we had taken for a test. She had also searched similar vehicles on various sites on the internet, to see that we had the best price they could offer us. Nicole was friendly, well spoken and professional. There was no pressure, just friendly service. We left to look at another vehicle offered by different dealer -(not such a good experience at the other place). We called her back within the hour and said we'd like to talk some more. My husband had hoped to get more for the trade-in and Nicole was able to increase the offer for the trade. She explained various financing options and told us all that Toyotatown did to prepare a used vehicle for the new owner. Nicole's knowledge of the Toyota products and what the dealership had to offer was impressive. More impressive was that when we asked Nicole a couple of questions to which she didn't know the answer, she said she didn't know and quickly found the answer for us. Sean Cragg took us through the financial process, explained any extras we could consider and basically made the whole process easy, with no pressure at all. We picked up the car tonight. It was pristine! It also had 4 brand new tires on it, as the original tires were no good. Nicole, Thank you for your great service! More

Dealership is very neat and clean, bright and new show room, easy access from the main street, lots of parking. Lot's of inventory to choose from in my price range. The night my wife and I went to view a Camry was cold and raining out, the sales rep pulled the car into the cleaning bay for us to view under the bright lights, and entertained our daughter while we went over the car. When taking the car out for a test drive, nothing felt out of the ordinary, and I was assured if the tires or brakes were or close to 50% worn, they'd be replaced. Great to know. I have an extra warranty that was offered, and not once did I feel like I was being quick stepped to sign anything. Everyone from the sales rep to the financial manager were great to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Wow, my ToyotaTown story has got to be my favourite. First, I live in Cambridge. About 5 years ago I was set: I was going to buy a used Corolla. I had been at the used car section of no less than 4 local Toyota dealerships without any success. By chance, I was in the London area and swung by ToyotaTown. Wow, the moment you walk through the door, you realize that this is not your average Toyota dealership. The moment a staff member talks to you, it becomes even more apparent. I dealt with the Used Sales Manager, Steve Roach. After discussing my needs, wants and other factors, we quickly discovered I was not in market for a used Corolla but rather a new Corolla was a better fit. While I didn't buy a car that day, when I was ready I made the drive across the 401 to ToyotaTown. This is where it gets interesting. I was impressed with the level of service I had experienced, so I decide to "like" them on Facebook. A few years later I saw a contest to "kick to win a 2013 Venza", which I entered. I was lucky enough to be selected to go to a Western football game and compete against three others in a throwing contest to get one shot at a 45 yard field goal to win a 2013 Venza. I lucked out in the throwing contest and even moreso when my kick scraped by on the happy side of the crossbar!!! (I guess I have to rate price a 5) After some insurance checks, there I was with a more-or-less a coupon for a base Venza. From there, I dealt with Brian Komar, who really helped me outfit a Venza to make it my Venza. I was treated with the respect and in such a manner as if I was a prospective customer with no firm decision or commitment to buy from ToyotaTown. In addition, my family and I were treated to a Knights game in which we were driven around the ice during intermission. This was the highlight of the whole process for my four year old. Upon delivery, my family and I were greater with the dealership and Venza being done up with balloons and a giant bow. From my transformation from prospective used car buyer, to new car buyer, and on to new car winner shopping for upgrades, I was treated far beyond by expectations. This dealership must be the crown jewel of e Toyota dealerships. The next new or used vehicle I buy or win will most definitely be from ToyotaTown. More
