I found the customer service to be excellent - as always. I have used the ToyotaTown service department for my various Toyotas since 1998. In particular I want to express my thanks to service advisor Rob Dako for his follow up on my concern about the brakes. When I dropped the vehicle off for service I indicated there was a small noise in the brake area. When the scheduled maintenance was completed he called and left me a voice message including full details about findings, service and warranty related to the brakes. I certainly appreciated receiving such a comprehensive message. Thanks again. More

Above and beyond I bought my 2006 Toyota Tacoma used at the end of 2007. It was a private sale but I wanted what I considered the experts to give it a look over. Even though we are out of town clients, we choose to have our vehicles serviced there because of the positive experiences and trust that we have developed over the years. Her appointments run as scheduled and you are not kept waiting as she gives her undivided attention to you the customer. We downsized from our Highlander as we no longer require the 3rd row of seats and extra cargo space. She suggested we look at the Venza, and we are very happy with it. As far as we are concerned you can't beat Sylvia Donovan and Toyota Town. More
