I have found the staff at Toyota Town exceptional to deal with and of pa I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Venza and have it serviced at Toyota Town. I have found the staff at Toyota Town exceptional to deal with and of particular note service advisor Robert Dako. Every time I come in my inquiries and service are handled promptly. His product knowledge and customer service skills keep me coming back even though I reside on the other side of London closer to a competing dealership. Further a friend has also recently made a purchase from Toyota Town. Rob is a great ambassador for Toyota Town. More

comparison I had purchased my last car ( matrix) with competition motors and I had a problem with the new car stalling out and the service dept there could not I had purchased my last car ( matrix) with competition motors and I had a problem with the new car stalling out and the service dept there could not fix my car... the service at toyotatown kept my car and was able to fix my car to my satisfaction. the only reason I bought my car at competition motors was because I wanted to deal with Ken as he had moved to that location. ( I felt comfortable with his sales techniques). I continue to use TT for my services. and am grateful that Ken has returned to TT. More
