Millad was a refreshing change from the run-of-the-mill sales rep. He was knowledgeable about the inventory Toyota-Town (London, Ontario) had in stock and was very helpful in guiding us through the buying decision. I love his enthusiasm and friendly manner. Most of all I really appreciate that he took the time to understand our needs and found us a gently used 2013 Honda CR-V. We love the car and the service Millad provided.
