Looks like they know what they are doing! I had a vibration issue in my car going for some time. Upon first visit to ToyotaTown they suggested to balance tires. I called ToyotaTown with complain and they connected me to Mike Minarsky after that my service at Toyota town improved. He was able to identify the true problem with the help of other mechanics (we did a road test). They explained me in simple words what was the actual problem for my vibration. Mike also checked if my car had recalls done (USA market) and managed to arrange everything for me. it is always nice when they go an extra mile for you. More

I was in and out quicker than they had originally estimated and was very pleased with the bill by the end of it! He had my car fixed and washed in half an hour. This saved me from having to shuttle to my doctor's appointment and then cab back to Toyota Town to pick up my car. Firis is an exceptional customer service employee and I would refer anyone to go to Toyota Town because of him. More

I own a Honda Civic, and instead of going to London Honda, I decided to go to Toyota Town because their Firis Sharif is a stellar Service Specialist. I own a Honda Civic, and instead of going to London Honda, I decided to go to Toyota Town because their estimated time and rate was the best I could find in London. Rather than turn me away (because they did not have the exact tools) they did research and fixed my problem efficiently. I admire their willingness to be resourceful. Not only did I get the best rate there, I also felt very comforted by Firis' service over the phone and in person. His knowledge about cars surpasses most service specialists because he has experience as a technician. I drove home with my car fixed very quickly (a lot faster than the other dealerships estimated time). If you are looking for professional, efficient and friendly service, I highly recommend Firis from Toyota Town.
