When I go in I always wait to talk to Jason DeFeli We bought our Toyota Sienna at this dealership and continue to take it there for all service work. When I go in I always wait to talk to Jason DeFelice. He tells me all my options, and does all he can to help me get the best service for the money. He makes sure the van is ready when I need it back, and the problem is always fixed, unlike another service advisor I had. She was very impersonal and the van took longer to be fixed than she said and I wasn't happy with the results. Jason always makes sure it is done right! More
