Great experience Two years ago, my wife and I bought a Toyota Venza from Toyota Town. Sean OGrady was the sales associate we dealt with. I really enjoyed dealing with Two years ago, my wife and I bought a Toyota Venza from Toyota Town. Sean OGrady was the sales associate we dealt with. I really enjoyed dealing with Sean and felt that he was fair and personable. Our life situation changed when we had our 2 boys, and now we have another child on the way. We came to the realization that we need a van. Because of our previous good experience, we returned to Toyota Town and specifically asked to deal with Sean. He was able to assist immediately. He got 2 of my vehicles appraised. Sean was able to get a fair trade in value, higher than Honda originally offered for their own vehicle. Sean listened to our needs and determined that leasing was our best option. We have never leased a vehicle before and he clearly explained the difference between leasing and financing. He was able to come up with a bi weekly payment plan that was more than reasonable despite the negative equity we accumulated on previous vehicles. Unfortunately we were unable to make a deal, as a different van was more suitable for our family needs. My wife and I enjoyed dealing with Sean, and I feel his efforts needed to to recognized.
