Informative and Caring Customer Service Today I leased for my first time and I was very nervous before entering the doors of Toyota. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be taken seriously because Today I leased for my first time and I was very nervous before entering the doors of Toyota. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be taken seriously because of the old car I drove into the dealership. As soon as I entered the doors of Toyota I felt much better about the experience right away. The dealership was very clean and the people so friendly!! I then proceeded to have a test drive in the RAV4 LE (a vehicle I’ve been interested in for a long time) My sales representative was so helpful and informative about all the features the car had to offer, even after all the research I had done myself! Brian made me feel very comfortable on the road with all the new features that I had never seen before in my old 2006 car. When we returned to the dealership, Brian told me all of my options about getting advantage club and ECP. He was not pushy and you could tell he was looking out for my best interest in the future. He made such great points about having extra protection that I didn’t know existed. Great experience with Brian! I then went to Nicole in financial services and she was so kind and made me feel totally comfortable and also informed me on different options! It was such an easy and amazing experience from start to finish! I would 100% recommend my friends go to Toyota town for buying or leasing a new vehicle, I know I’ll be sticking with Toyota for a long time! Stress Free Service In the past I have had many bad dealership experiences but I am glad to say that I have had nothing but FANTASTIC experiences at Toyota Town. Everyone who works in the building is friendly and makes you feel instantly welcomed. In particular, the service advisor Amanda Krug made me feel completely at ease with getting my vehicle serviced. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave clear explanations of the recommended repairs for my vehicle. Moreover, she was understanding of my situation and was able to help me figure out what repairs were necessary and what could wait. I didn't feel pressured at all to drop tons of money on repairs I didn't even understand - which has been my experience at multiple other dealerships. I was so happy with my service and look forward to getting my vehicle serviced at Toyota Town in the future! More

He even went above and beyond checking details and went out of his way to make sure that I had an amazing experience. When I went in to pick up my new car, Tim was away so I was with David. He was just as amazing as Tim and honest. When the process was almost complete, Tim arrived. He made sure that he was there as well to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
