Stress Free Service In the past I have had many bad dealership experiences but I am glad to say that I have had nothing but FANTASTIC experiences at Toyota Town. Everyone who works in the building is friendly and makes you feel instantly welcomed. In particular, the service advisor Amanda Krug made me feel completely at ease with getting my vehicle serviced. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave clear explanations of the recommended repairs for my vehicle. Moreover, she was understanding of my situation and was able to help me figure out what repairs were necessary and what could wait. I didn't feel pressured at all to drop tons of money on repairs I didn't even understand - which has been my experience at multiple other dealerships. I was so happy with my service and look forward to getting my vehicle serviced at Toyota Town in the future! More

He even went above and beyond checking details and went out of his way to make sure that I had an amazing experience. When I went in to pick up my new car, Tim was away so I was with David. He was just as amazing as Tim and honest. When the process was almost complete, Tim arrived. He made sure that he was there as well to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
