I am very satisfied, the whole process of viewing several vehicles until deciding what to do was painless, Frank was very informative understanding and accommodating, then going through the purchasing and financing process was a great experience, Janine Feenstra was amazing too, at no moment I felt pressure to select this or that vehicle or option, instead I was presented with a lot of information and my questions were well answered. I will certainly recommend this dealer, Frank and Janine, to my relatives and friends and anyone else who's in the market for a new great Toyota vehicle. More

Highlander Purchase with Gwen Jones I recently purchased a 2019 Highlander XLE, which is the third Highlander that I have purchased from ToyotaTown. The last two purchases I have worked with Gwen Jones. Gwen knew that I wanted a new Highlander and took the time to demonstrate the features of the different trim levels. She also helped secure what I felt was a fair value for my trade. As usual, Gwen was both meticulous and friendly, which is often a difficult balance to pull off. She also gave some good tips on the vehicle features many of which were totally unfamiliar to me, so that I could operate it effectively until I had time to look at the owner's manual later. All-in-all, a great experience and I would recommend Gwen and ToyotaTown to anyone! More
