Did us a huge favour! When we looked at our options after bringing back our RAV4 after a 3 year lease Kevin went over everything in detail with us. Not only did he convient When we looked at our options after bringing back our RAV4 after a 3 year lease Kevin went over everything in detail with us. Not only did he conviently give us a quote over the phone (he knew we had a new baby at home) but he also came in on his day off for over an hour to show us a few different vehicles. When there he was friendly to not only us, but also his co-workers and even opened up a locked, empty office for me to feed my baby in a more private setting. At the end of the day, financially, we weren't able to go with a new vehicle from Kevin and felt horrible for wasting his time, but his helpfulness did not stop there! He saw that we were in a sticky situation (financially and we were also very close to our kms limit) he accepted our lease back early, took care of our 3 remaining payments ($900) AND gave us a cheque for $1200, money that was "equity" from our Rav, that would have been used as part of a trade/down payment! All in all Kevin was amazing and did not hesitate to do us a major favour, even though we hadn't given him any business. With that being said, when the time comes that we can afford a new vehicle again, we know who we are going to! More
