Courteous, informative and respectfull of your time I have been dealing with Toyotatown since 2012 when I bought my Sienna. My main service consultant through out the last few years has been Helena Vrab I have been dealing with Toyotatown since 2012 when I bought my Sienna. I have found her to be very informative and willing to answer any of your questions as well as making suggestions on any new products that you are interested in. She even remembered that the last time that I was in that my Mother was not doing very well and asked me the next time that I was in how she was doing. I really appreciated her concern and was very impressed that she had remembered our last conversation moths ago. Thank you Helena!
