Great Service I took my Rav 4 to Toyota Town today to have my winter tires installed & the vehicle washed & cleaned inside. It turned out I also needed my alignmen I took my Rav 4 to Toyota Town today to have my winter tires installed & the vehicle washed & cleaned inside. It turned out I also needed my alignment adjusted. Helana Vrabec was my service consultant & she was very professional & courteous, as she was the previous time I dealt with her. I highly recommend this dealership for sales & service. More

He approached me in the waiting area to physically show me the cabin filter that needed replacing before going ahead. Overall experience pleasant but I was surprised car wasn't washed after servicing. I thought that was standard practice. I will be in today Nov 13 for snow tire swap, but don't expect wash for this appointment. More

A pleasant SUV purchasing experience I met with Shawn first in April of 2019 when the new 2019 RAV4 hybrid model was available to test drive. Shawn was knowledgable about the new model year and he presented what I thought was a fair deal for the purchase. Shawn had cautioned me that it may take 2 to 3 months before my order is ready due to back log at factory. In fact it took just over 7 months before my order was ready! Not a fault of Shawn, just a fault of picking a very popular model with lots of demand. Due to the long delay my order was actually changed to a 2020 model year and I found the dealership to be very fair on the revised offer (due to the model year change). More
