Todd took care of my husband and I during our snow tire exchange. We were unable to book mu husband's next service with the new system and not lose our tire appointment and casually mentioned this to Todd exchange. We were unable to book mu husband's next service with the new system and not lose our tire appointment and casually mentioned this to Todd when he told us we were due for the next car service. Todd fit us in and graciously took care of us. He has helped us on numerous occasions and is always helpful and professional. Awesome service, booked me a week earlier than my original dealership for putting on my snow tires. They said it would take 45 minutes and were done even earlier.
