The customer service is beyond anywhere else I've had service done. Helena was so personable and efficient, and even informed me they could replace the battery in my key fob (which I've not had for year service done. Absolutely love that there are flavoured sparkling water available for the complimentary beverage, I'm usually limited to plain water because of avoiding sugar and caffeine. He did not know much about the Nissan but he took the time to look through the owners manual to find answers to my questions. Which I thought was impressive. Very nice of him to show me how to work a few things and he also set up my phone for me! We did have a slight hiccup with tires that he dealt with very fast and efficiently! I would recommend him to everyone! I love my new vehicle it's fun ... it's sporty .... and I am loving the drive! THANK YOU GEORDIE !!!! More

No matter how busy she is, she’ll take the time to make sure that everything is ok with my truck. Like Firis Sharif and Joe Moniz, Chelsea Wakefield is friendly and professional and above all, there for me! Joe Moniz has assisted me greatly! No matter how busy he is, he’ll come out and talk to me and answer questions about my truck. He does the work on my Taco and is very knowledgeable and professional! Thanks, Guys for all that you do!! Takes the worry out While their lounge chairs are soft, clean and comfortable, they are too low for seniors/handicapped to get out of and should be replaced.
