Helena carefully listened to me (very much appreciated) and made the perfect recommendations based on my info and prior service visits. This even included explaining the best method to get my car started to get it to the service centre — CAA jumpstart, etc. She further explained in detail the procedures ToyotaTown had in place to ensure social distancing was maintained for me and their staff. I was VERY impressed with how everything was handled from drop-off to pickup. Thanks to all of ToyotoTown’s staff for making me feel safe and comfortable during this difficult time. And as always for the outstanding customer service I’ve come to know and love. More

Excellent service with attention to social distancing I have been dealing with the service department at ToyotaTown for several years. I always appreciate the professional and personal attention Todd Ser I have been dealing with the service department at ToyotaTown for several years. I always appreciate the professional and personal attention Todd Servant provides. Jason was also most helpful in the parts department. I am especially pleased that the dealership is following the guidelines required during the current pandemic. The service area, waiting room, and cashier areas are equipped with the necessary guidelines for maintaining a safe distance between the professionals and the customers. Thanks again to Todd and the other employees who take seriously the health of their coworkers and their customers. More

All they care about is making the sale, nothing else! I purchased a used RAV4 Hybrid at the beginning of 2019. It was advertised with remote start, but the vehicle didn't actually have it. I was given a y I purchased a used RAV4 Hybrid at the beginning of 2019. It was advertised with remote start, but the vehicle didn't actually have it. I was given a yellow "WE OWE" slip for a remote start to be installed, and was told it may need to be an aftermarket one instead of factory because Toyota had discontinued the remote start for this model, which I understood and am okay with. It's now May 2020, and I still haven't received my remote start. Initially I was able to in contact with my salesperson at Toyota, and they were going to schedule in a timeslot to get the aftermarket remote start installed, but they never did and never called me back. Since then I've sent several emails with no response from Toyotatown or the sales person I emailed. I've phoned several times. I left a voice message on my salesperson's phone and didn't receive a call back. A second time I was sent to the service department and was told to leave a message on the service manager's phone, and that they would definitely call back. I never got that call. I must say during the buying process I was very impressed with the service I received from Andrew de Coning in Finance. He was very professional and didn't push to sell me any of the extended warranties and services. I was, however, pushed very hard by someone else to buy extended warranties while I was signing my purchase agreement, which I did not appreciate. For salespeople who aren't supposed to be earning a comission, they sure like to try to suck every penny out of you. It's very clear to me that Toyotatown, or at least some of the salespeople, only care about getting the sale, and once the sale has been made, they don't care. There is no way I will never buy another vehicle from Toyotatown again. More

I just bought my car used from Toyotatown and they were super honest with me about scratch marks on it and everything. However, there were a couple of things I noticed when I used the car like the radio po super honest with me about scratch marks on it and everything. However, there were a couple of things I noticed when I used the car like the radio power button was not working and the back handle was broken. To be fair, these were very minor details that are easy to miss. When I approched Toyotatown with my concerns they set an appointment with me and fixed everything for free (I don't have a warranty with them). Jason was very nice and has answered every question I had politely and patiently. I felt taken care of and the service was pretty quick. Also, great help from Brian and Rita with purchasing of the car in the first place. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed even though all our interactions were via email or phone because of COVID19. More
