HELPFUL I had come to get a diagnostic on the car......as a second opinion. I am happy I did because I was told I needed a new computer....such was not the ca I had come to get a diagnostic on the car......as a second opinion. I am happy I did because I was told I needed a new computer....such was not the case...the technition had me come to his station, showed me what the diagnosis was and that all I needed was a new Coil and spark plug. She even cancelled next month's appointment for recall for me as techs were able to complete this work within the parameters of this visit. Saves me another trip, which is great. Co-ordinates with customer service/cashier when work is complete and personally notifies me; this again is most helpful as poor building acoustics/noise make it almost impossible for me to hear. Pleased to see the safety measures in place in the showroom and throughout. More
