Firis oversaw a series of three (3) appointments for major service on my vehicle over the last month. I am impressed and pleased at the level of care and attention he has shown, having consistently gone major service on my vehicle over the last month. I am impressed and pleased at the level of care and attention he has shown, having consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. For example, when I was asking for clarification about the first set of repairs completed during pickup of my vehicle, he actually invited me to come speak with the technician in the service bay while my vehicle was still up on the rack, and be shown exactly what was repaired and where. In 15+ years of service at Toyotatown, I don't recall being invited for a firsthand look under my vehicle in this manner. Another example is when I was unable to arrange for transportation home on a day-long repair, Firis proactively offered/arranged for me to borrow one of their vehicles for the day. I was not looking forward to having to wait at the dealership for 9+ hours (no shuttle service due to pandemic protocols) so being offered a loaner vehicle turned it into a much better experience than I was expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend Firis to anyone visiting Toyotatown and will try to request him specifically as my service advisor for future appointments! More

My service advisor "Firis Sharif" was great to deal with from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I also work in the service industry and so I know how incredibly import from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I also work in the service industry and so I know how incredibly important it is and unfortunately how rare it is in today's world. Many people give their word but very few keep it. I have dealt with Firis since we bought a vehicle 1 year ago and I was so impressed that I recently asked for him for his card with the intention of calling management later in order to commend him.
