Haven't been disrespected by a sales person like this before. Shawn spent the entire test drive talking about himself and how he wanted to buy the car himself so it wasn't possible for my wife and I to d before. Listing had a lot of incorrect info in it including a lot of features it said the car had but weren't equipped. Sent him an email that night to say we decided to buy the car anyway and agreed to have him call me first thing in the morning to take a deposit. He even said "congratulations". Instead I get an email saying that the car is now on hold for someone else coming from out of town and it would be "rude to sell the car out from under them". When he emailed me to let me know that he had indeed sold the car out from under me, he didn't even have the courtesy to get my name right. So I guess I'm "Jason" now. Won't be dealing with him or Toyota Town. More

I worked with Brian Williams on signing a new RAV4 XLE lease. Brian is the consummate professional, he contacted me minutes after my quote request and met with me shortly after. He was courteous and took lease. Brian is the consummate professional, he contacted me minutes after my quote request and met with me shortly after. During the price negotiation, he was very open and explaining all the charges , everything was transparent and on the table. At the end of the day, I am content with the final price. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience compared to my previous car buying endeavors. I can't think of working with anybody else than Brian in the future. More
