I have had previous experience with Shawn and both were good. The only complaint I have is I wish was informed before I came and picked up the truck that the extras were not installed. Two visits this month for my almost 9 year old Tundra with over 400,000 kms. The hinges and shock for the tailgate had seized up and parts had to be ordered in, bolts had to be cut out, new bolts needed with over 400,000 kms. The hinges and shock for the tailgate had seized up and parts had to be ordered in, bolts had to be cut out, new bolts needed to be found and adapted. They found a replacement cord for my block heater which is no longer manufactured. They fixed a valve/pressure sensor on a tire. And all this in half the time predicted and much lower price than estimated. I beat the truck up and they (especially Todd Servant) keep it running like a clock. Thank you! More

Haven't been disrespected by a sales person like this before. Shawn spent the entire test drive talking about himself and how he wanted to buy the car himself so it wasn't possible for my wife and I to d before. Shawn spent the entire test drive talking about himself and how he wanted to buy the car himself so it wasn't possible for my wife and I to discuss things about the car. Listing had a lot of incorrect info in it including a lot of features it said the car had but weren't equipped. Sent him an email that night to say we decided to buy the car anyway and agreed to have him call me first thing in the morning to take a deposit. He even said "congratulations". Instead I get an email saying that the car is now on hold for someone else coming from out of town and it would be "rude to sell the car out from under them". When he emailed me to let me know that he had indeed sold the car out from under me, he didn't even have the courtesy to get my name right. So I guess I'm "Jason" now. Won't be dealing with him or Toyota Town. More
