The moment my wife and I entered Toyota Town center, we were greeted with friendliness and smiles from the staff. Hiacynta accommodated us with her enthusiasm and assisted us in checking the vehicle that were greeted with friendliness and smiles from the staff. Hiacynta accommodated us with her enthusiasm and assisted us in checking the vehicle that we booked for drive testing. After driving it, we found some issues that made us decide not to get it. So, we asked Hiacynta if we could try a different car. What impressed us the most was when she did the extra mile by getting another vehicle by herself from the other garage even though we did not book it for drive testing. It was raining outside so just imagine the hassle that she went through. But, that did not stop her from fetching the car so we could test drive it. When it arrived, we drove it for a while and felt satisfied with the vehicle. We highly recommend dealing with Toyota Town and big thanks to Hiancynta for the excellent customer service. Andre from the Finance Dept was also friendly and reassuring. His advice on the options we have when we opted to apply for financing was valuable. More
