Had 2007 matrix in for transmission flush - had great service and noticed a puddle on driveway few weeks later - thought it was transmission fluid - called service advisor and they sent someone over to t service and noticed a puddle on driveway few weeks later - thought it was transmission fluid - called service advisor and they sent someone over to the house to check. It ended up being oil and they took it in and put new filter on and changed oil. Very impressed with service and how friendly and efficient they were!! I have had some issues lately with my Sienna 2007, specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. I took it immediately to ToyotaTown, where MJ Rizkalla attended to my remarks specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. I took it immediately to ToyotaTown, where MJ Rizkalla attended to my remarks concerning the car issues. MJ Rizkalla informed me that the transmission pan gasket was smashed and that it was pressing on the transmission filter and causing damage to the gears. A hanger bearing also needed to be replaced. He explained very clearly the whole reparation process, how long will it take, and gave me a rough estimation of the cost. This is what I like at ToyotaTown, the service team live up to the promise. MJ Rizkalla, with his long experience and integrity, gives you the best advise. It makes me comfortable to continue bringing our two cars to that dealership. Now that I got my car back, it drives smoothly. I am very pleased with the service. More
