Todd gave me excellent service in a difficult situation. I had a puncture on a Sunday. CAA changed the tire, but of course I needed a new tire intalled. He called back around noon and told me that he had secured the tire, and if I could bring my vehicle in to the service department at around 2:30, he could squeeze me in. And that is what happened.
