Had winter tires on rims removed and replaced with my summer tires on rims. Had made appointment. Second time in a row there was a problem with my appointment schedule. They couldn’t find my appointm summer tires on rims. Had made appointment. Second time in a row there was a problem with my appointment schedule. They couldn’t find my appointment because VIN number was not entered on their system. Service advisor entered my VIN so hopefully I will not have this problem with my next appointment.
