Great experience! I was extremely pleased with Nolan and how he made sure that I found the exact car I was after. He was so patient in showing me how everything works, I was extremely pleased with Nolan and how he made sure that I found the exact car I was after. I was sent home with a full tank of gas after the car had been gone through front to back to be sure that everything was in tip top condition. The General Manager Gary Hill I used to frequent Toyota City quite often when I lived in Wetaskiwin as at one time I had a relative who worked there and friends who still do and so I used to frequent Toyota City quite often when I lived in Wetaskiwin as at one time I had a relative who worked there and friends who still do and some that don't. I've also bought from there and also leased a vehicle as early as last April 2017. It had always been a very welcoming and enjoyable place to stop by and deal with. I was there last Friday the 5th of January and the atmosphere has changed substantially. Gary Hill's demeanor towards me was unprofessional and condescending when asking questions in regards to a feature that I had been told would come with the vehicle I have leased. I would not recommend Toyota City to anyone again as I had in the past and will not deal with Toyota City in Wetaskiwin again. He has altered the environment of an establishment that at one time was a place I felt the door was always open. More

Always get your own independent mec inspection before buying I bought a 2013 Corolla during the winter and everything was fine with it. Awesome car! But when the weather warmed I discovered that the air conditio I bought a 2013 Corolla during the winter and everything was fine with it. Awesome car! But when the weather warmed I discovered that the air conditioner did not work. I purchased a recharging kit, but upon hooking it up, the coolant leaked out of the front of the a/c condensor as fast as it went in. I discovered that the hood latch support had been bent and crushed into the condensor damaging it. Most likely the result of a minor front end collision. I also noticed that there were signs that the grille vents had been replaced. I returned to the dealership and showed them. They insisted that the car was fine when they sold it to me and that I had signed off on their pre-sale mechanical inspection. Admittedly I did, but I never thought to check the a/c on a winter day when the temperature was -20. My mistake was that I did not take it for an independent inspection before agreeing to purchase. The service department quoted me approximately $1650 to do the repair. I rejected this. Instead I went online, did some research and discovered that replacing the condensor was not too difficult. I purchased a new condensor, (with shipping and US exchange, just over $90) the proper ''o'' rings ($10) installed it myself and took it to a highly regarded Toyota/Honda service shop along 91 street in Edmonton to do the vacuum and recharge service ($275). Toyota builds awesome cars. Unfortunately some of the dealers have questionable business ethics. Toyota City in Wetaskiwin has lost me as a customer. More

Good transaction on a Camry Salesman was good and members of staff were nice. I didn't have any problem getting a 2017 Camry within 48hrs. Buyer Beware! They have no problem selling you a vehicle but beware that if there is any issue with it you DO NOT want to be dealing with the new GM Wendy! And DO They have no problem selling you a vehicle but beware that if there is any issue with it you DO NOT want to be dealing with the new GM Wendy! And DO NOT get any custom work done.....they made nothing but silly mistakes and then when you go to have them resolved they refuse to stand behind their work. I would recommend going through Red Deer Toyota over this place! Its the follow up customer service that makes the world of difference at these dealerships. Go elsewhere! More
