Our friends at T+C are the best. We stopped by and of course buying cars has been a nightmare during covid. Andrew Lee and Dan Banh helped us narrow down our choices. We told them what we were looking for and they reached out when a rare used car came in. Not pushy, just looking out. Entire process was super communicative and these guys took time to explain nuances/features across years and trims. Pricing was competitive. Car had minor issues after delivery, which was a pain but service took care of it without question and was very thorough. The patience was the best, not rushed like other dealerships. The breakdown of features was helpful across models/years to help us pick. More

BUYERS BEWARE!!Fact: I have a vehicle that has not been BUYERS BEWARE!! Fact: I have a vehicle that has not been serviced now going on 3 weeks. I am still awaiting for an answer as the service department BUYERS BEWARE!! Fact: I have a vehicle that has not been serviced now going on 3 weeks. I am still awaiting for an answer as the service department and the VW extended warranty are lobbying on the issues and coverage on my 6 year old vehicle. I am well below the mileage and years of purchasing my car for these warranty issues and my vehicle has only been serviced by a VW dealership. I have been given no car as a loaner as this dispute continues. I have been left stranded without a car during a pandemic! This is unacceptable and irresponsible by both the customer service department of the VW dealership and their VW warranty services. After 20 years as a loyal customer at this location and with company, this is my experience. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More

Simon was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful when I reached out to him at Town + Country VW to purchase a used car. Despite having a lot of questions minutes after they opened up shop at 9 AM in when I reached out to him at Town + Country VW to purchase a used car. Despite having a lot of questions minutes after they opened up shop at 9 AM in the morning, Simon was quick to answer everything, provide additional photos, and even give tips on finding EV rebates and seminars. Simon was also very accommodating in scheduling my request for a test drive visit within hours, and was reassuring in giving me a chance to secure the car (which was in high demand), while also giving me plenty of time to finalize my decision. When I eventually decided to purchase the car, he was helpful in literally every step, from going over the process, to double-checking my insurance documents, to tips & tricks about the car.
