Toronto Hyundai

My wife and I shopped around for a new car for the last 3 months, and after visiting a number of dealers and deciding on the Sonata we still need to try all 3 models, Hybrid, 2.0T and the 2.4 liter, which we months, and after visiting a number of dealers and deciding on the Sonata we still need to try all 3 models, Hybrid, 2.0T and the 2.4 liter, which were not available at every dealer, and this is how we ended up at Toronto Hyundai. My wife and I found Brandon to be very knowledgeable, and open to us test driving all 3 types, and pointing out both the advantages and disadvantages of each. We never felt any pressure to buy or not to buy from him which made it easy for us to make our final decision. We choose the 2.0T, and it was at this point that Brandon helped to explain and provide the differences between all the available options. Needless to say we got our car fully loaded with the best of each possible option. Rad the Service manager personally contacted us to make sure that the options we choose were the best choice for us. The first real drive in our new car was the next weekend to Detroit to attend a funeral. On the way back late at night driving on the 402 from Sarnia, we drove over a retread from at tracker trailer truck. It made a lot of noise but when we got home and inspected the car it looked good. My wife wanted to be absolutely sure so she asked that I take it in and have Rad take a look. Not a problem was Rad's remark, I will get it up on the hoist right away, and he did. Unfortunately there was some damage done, and Rad made sure that he had a quote ready for me the next day, as it was closing time when I came in. I feel very confident that whatever required, will is done at the best possible price and that only what needs to be done will be done by his staff. I can sense that Rad will not be happy until I am happy. This is a good feeling to have when dealing with the maintenance department, as it will be a much longer relationship. So far both my wife and I are very happy with the decision that we have made, and it has been fantastic service that we have received so far. I did not know about RealerRater.ca until now, but I am very glad to participate due to experience I had at Toronto Hyundai. More
