I had an excellent experience with all of the Hyundai staff members. Specifically my salesperson Chase Anthony and Michael Smith who took care of the financial aspects of the deal with me and two hours staff members. Specifically my salesperson Chase Anthony and Michael Smith who took care of the financial aspects of the deal with me and two hours later, a lot of patience on Michael's part as I worked through my brain the details of what I was going to spend and how to appropriately make that work into my life and finances....the deal was struck. Michael's patience with me ensured I was happy and confident in the final sale. From the beginning, Hyundai had a true weapon with Chase Anthony. His approach to sales and expertise in the finest details of the product had me sold before I walked out the door. From there I visited several other dealers and pursued options in the same category of vehicle. However, 2 more times I returned to Hyundai and Chase Anthony because of the initial experience I had on day one. Had it not been for Chase, I can not say for certain that Hyundai based on reputation alone would have won my business. Difficult to say, but absolutely my dealings with Chase Anthony was the deciding factor in returning repeatedly to the dealership. Ultimately the combination of the Hyundai product value, the salesmen ship of Chase Anthony, and the final touches laid out by Michael Smith, cemented the deal and I am now the proud owner of a fully loaded Hyundai Elantra GT with full approval of my wife to be ;-) Thanks Chase, Michael and the Hyundai Team that I came into contact with.
