Toronto Hyundai was not the dealership I planed to purchase the car because it is too far away from my home. I had visited 4 Hyundai dealers but were not happy how they approached us. We had no confid purchase the car because it is too far away from my home. I had visited 4 Hyundai dealers but were not happy how they approached us. We had no confidence of this brand. Also we were debating either Honda SUV or Hyundai Santafe is more suitable for us. I dropped by Toronto Hyundai just on the way to visit my customer. Michael Chow was very friendly to explain the car to me even I showed no decision yet to make. His kind and sincere attitude plus the details of financial plane gave us confidence and interest to discuss further. We brought the car in the 2nd visitation after few hours' discussion. It was Michael Chow gave us confidence of Hyundai brand and gave up Honda SUV, although it is cheaper. If it was not Michael, we may wait till 2014 to change car.
