It took me six months of research to determine what new car would replace my 8 year old Nissan Murano. After extensive research (primary and secondary), I had my short list: Hyundai Sante Fe Sport, Acura car would replace my 8 year old Nissan Murano. After extensive research (primary and secondary), I had my short list: Hyundai Sante Fe Sport, Acura RDX, and the Audi Q5. My intention was to lease a car (for the first time - i usually buy my cars for cash). I would not have guessed that Hyundai brand would have been on my short list, but there i was sitting across from Rick Blacker discussing the Hyundai Sante Fe Sport Limited. Let me tackle the brand first: i am so happy (thus far) with my choice of Hyundai. Yes - Hyundai based on the value of the car and what i got for my dollars...Fingers crossed that Hyundai will live up to the expectations related to quality (so far so good). And now for the dealership - Toronto Hyundai. I can't say enough about how easy they made it for me to make my car selection, pick up my new vehicle, their follow-up, etc. I found Rick, his son Brandon, and all other staff that i dealt with to be refreshingly honest, straightforward, helpful - people i wanted to do business with in purchasing the car, and most importantly, people i could see myself establishing a long term relationship with regarding servicing my vehicle (finally - after a long stretch of disappointment from Nissan dealerships in Toronto area)! I highly recommend both the make, Hyundai and most importantly the dealership. And i consider myself an exacting customer! From the moment you walked through the doors of the dealership even though it was a bit late in the evening the staff was very welcoming. The service that Arnold provided was excellent. I had an excellent experience with all of the Hyundai staff members. Specifically my salesperson Chase Anthony and Michael Smith who took care of the financial aspects of the deal with me and two hours staff members. Specifically my salesperson Chase Anthony and Michael Smith who took care of the financial aspects of the deal with me and two hours later, a lot of patience on Michael's part as I worked through my brain the details of what I was going to spend and how to appropriately make that work into my life and finances....the deal was struck. Michael's patience with me ensured I was happy and confident in the final sale. From the beginning, Hyundai had a true weapon with Chase Anthony. His approach to sales and expertise in the finest details of the product had me sold before I walked out the door. From there I visited several other dealers and pursued options in the same category of vehicle. However, 2 more times I returned to Hyundai and Chase Anthony because of the initial experience I had on day one. Had it not been for Chase, I can not say for certain that Hyundai based on reputation alone would have won my business. Difficult to say, but absolutely my dealings with Chase Anthony was the deciding factor in returning repeatedly to the dealership. Ultimately the combination of the Hyundai product value, the salesmen ship of Chase Anthony, and the final touches laid out by Michael Smith, cemented the deal and I am now the proud owner of a fully loaded Hyundai Elantra GT with full approval of my wife to be ;-) Thanks Chase, Michael and the Hyundai Team that I came into contact with.
