Either this was intended (let's make the customer wait so they think we're really thinking hard about this offer (xx)), or it was not intended (manager busy on the phone with something that must have been a major emergency to keep a paying customer waiting). Both options are incredibly distasteful. Everyone works their butts off to get the sale, and then when they do have it, nobody seems to give a xxxx (salesperson excluded). 2. Despite repeated requests, it was rarely clear if I absolutely needed to come back to fill in more paperwork, or if it could be done remotely. 3. The lease application looked like crap and was barely legible. The fact that nobody in the dealership could take 2-3 hours over the span of 10 years (it looked like a form that's been around that long, photocopied and faxed too many times) to recreate the form in a professional manner shows lack of care in details. 4. More time wasted when the Financial Services Manager went over my application item by item - we could have combined the application and verification in one step, but instead, it was spread out over two days because in the 2.5 hours I spent at the dealership from the time I said "ok", he was too busy to see me, so I had to return the following day. 5. The salesperson, Chase, seemed to be the only person at the dealership who cared about getting the business; though given his limited experience, should have received more help from other staff - instead, it felt like nobody could be bothered. Seeing as how a potential and paying customer is treated, I'm quite certain I would never return to this dealership for servicing or any other post-sale anything unless absolutely required under the terms of my lease. My experience at the Hyundai dalership on Dufferin was an extremely positive one! From the beginning of the process to the end, he was extremely professional, helpful and always available to answer all of my questions and concerns. My Father had bought his Hyundai Tucson from Luis years ago and highly recommended that I contact Luis to find the perfect car that was right for me. My Father always spoke very highly of Luis and assured me that he was the most experienced, helpful and polite sales associate that he had ever worked with. Luis did an excellent job of providing me with all of the necessary details that I needed to consider when purchasing a car. I found his advice and recommendations extremely useful and he made the entire process enjoyable! I would highly recommend Luis to any family member or friend looking to buy or lease a car. He made the entire experience as seamless as possible and I am extremely grateful for all of his hard work! Another employee at the Hyundai dealership that I would like to recognize is Michael Smith. He was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire proccess as well, and provided as much detail as possible about Hyundai's policies, procedures and warranties. This was my very first experiance purchasing a new vehicle. I had visited a handful of dealerships within the week I purchased my vehicle and was begining to feel worn out with all of the horrible s vehicle. AND THEN I WALKED INTO TORONTO HYUNDAI. I felt welcomed immediately from the entire staff and I really appreciated the fact that the dealer prinicipal, Benny Leung was so in tune with his customers. I felt very comfortable, as if I was among friends at this dealership. The Salesman who I had the opportunity to deal was Chase Anthony. He went above and beyond what I would expect anyone to have done. He was super nice and very patient with myself. I was shopping with my mom, dad and uncle at the time, I feel like we definitly put him to the test...he did amazing!! He was able to answer any question without delay. I never once felt pressured or as if I was playing a game with him as I had felt at previous dealerships. They even went farther beyond my expectations by saving me a good chunk of money with always very important to the customer. You can tell they really prize themselves on building great relationships based on trust and quality rather then to see who can sell the most cars. THANKS FOR MAKING MY FIRST PURCHASE SO GREAT!!! I went back to the desk and I ask for someone, Phil was at the counter she ask if she will do, I said "ok" the girls and Phil assured me if they have to go through all the sale reps until I'm happy that what they'll do. I went to buy a car and I brought an SUV. Phil, Leo and all the staff. when over and above. I was not pressured. I Just LOVE the SUV and the Customer Service. Great! My left mirror got scratch after I have it for a few days. This was not covered under my plan. However as a courtesy, Leo & Ralston cover the cost of fixing the mirror. they provide courtesy driver to drop me and pick me up back when my car was ready. This is my Kind Of Car Dealership. If you need a new car this is the place to go. Ladies especially! More
