Our first visit was to the huyndai dealership on dufferin st in Toronto. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were impressed. The whole staff from reception to floor dealers were friendly and professional. There was no pressure - we looked at the model that we were interested in (elantra) and were introduced to Arnold Cabalza which looking back on our experience was like winning a lotto. He was exceptional. In fact we bought the car and never did visit the other dealerships on our list. He was extraordinary, friendly, patient, and knowledgable. We would recommend Mr Cabalza to friends and family and definitely will return to him for any information or service needed. We were so comfortable with his honesty, and the time he took with us to explain all features of the car. After deciding to purchase the car we were referred to Mr Michael Smith the financial manager. Again with the extended warranty we were very wary, but Mr. Smith sold us on the need for the warranty and the service provided over the years.
