Friendly and negotiable By all accounts I am a very tough client to deal with, especially when it comes to cars. David Siu was an excellent sales person, and very patient. He greeted us when we walked in, I sat down and began negotiating, two hours later we inked the deal and picked the car colour - yes I negotiated the price of the car and accessories first before picking the colour. The length of time for negotiating was mostly thanks to me :) More

Excellent Customer Service and Sales I must say it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership and i had my reservations. Upon arriving there I was greeted with a warm wel I must say it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership and i had my reservations. Upon arriving there I was greeted with a warm welcome and asked what I needed help with. I was promptly directed to a sales rep named Jeorge who was ready to assist. His detail and knowledge was very helpful but it was his customer service skills that sold me. He did not make me feel like another sale but more like a friend. I was then introduced to Michael Smith who went through the protection plan and addtional vehicle details with me. It was informative and helpful as well. To make a long story short I was sold on the vehicle before even test driving it. The test drive confirmed a solid sale. I thank Jeorge and Michael for their service. I am enjoying my new 2015 Sonata purchased April 28th More
