Among all of the dealers and all of the sales managers (sales and leasing consultant) I found only one that was not pushy - Jeffrey Dallard. I visited their dealership 5 times, tested all of the cars I wanted multiple times, and every time Jeff saw me he was super cool and relax spending time as much as I needed, answered all my questions that I challenged him extremely confident. Amazing Experience with Jeorge Jiao!!! Like any couple looking to buy their first car, we shopped around and did our research. Hyundai ended up winning in our eyes. Entering this dealership was a positive experience from the first hand shake. Jeorge was a genuine honest and knowledgeable salesman. My husband and I were interested in the Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Limited AWD. If you're going to buy a car might as well go all out was our motto :) Jeorge took the time to describe all the features to us, we went out for a test drive, and he answered all my questions with honesty and transparency. I liked that vibe the most about this dealership. They weren't trying to hide anything. My husband and I had one more car to look at before making our final decision. We left the dealership but we both knew that nothing was going to beat the Santa Fe. This was a Monday. We came back on Wednesday and signed all the paperwork. The paper work once again was very transparent. Jeorge explained every charge clearly. So many different taxes but all our questions were answered once again. My husband and I were able to negotiate with the sales manager and get the price within our budget. Signing was really easy with Jeorge as the salesman. I simply trusted him and he really cared about his customers. We then saw the finance manager Michael Smith and another great experience. He was very professional and answered all our remaining questions. The next day I spoke with Michael regarding the financing. Everything was smooth and the bank had no issues. I had one question for him regarding the bill of sales and he had no problem walking me through in order for me to understand the numbers. Lucky for us the dealership had our car in the depot. It had come in that week in the colour that we wanted. We returned to the dealership on Friday to pick up our brand new Santa Fe. Jeorge explained all the paper work that we had to sign. He contacted my insurance broker directly to get the information he required. The plates were done along with the car registration. All we had to do was sign and drive the car out the door. Bought it on Wednesday and drove it off on Friday. Can't beat that! Jeorge introduced us to the reception staff and the servicing staff. We will for sure be servicing our car at the dealership. Jeorge truly made our first car purchasing experience memorable. We are super happy with the Santa Fe. Highly recommend it. It's one beautiful ride. To the staff at Hyundai Dufferin - thank you once again! My husband and I are happy customers and this was a very memorable experience! More
