Terrible Service I scheduled a winter maintenance package last November 15 and decided to buy a wheel cover (hub cap, whatever you want to call it). My scheduled service was 7:30 in the morning and I asked the parts department how much is the set of wheel cover. The guy, I believe Nasser is his name, told me it's $90+ tax without explaining anything. So I said yes thinking that it is the one with Hyundai logo. When I came back around 11 am, the service was done and the car was ready for pick up. I noticed that the hub cap installed was the generic/common one, so I went back to the parts department and told it's not the one I want and expecting the wheel covers are with Hyundai logo. At that time there was another gentleman there and abruptly told me that "Oh those are expensive, its around $150 each". I really snapped and told him I don't care how much it is, they should explain well what they are offering. If I know that it was the generic ones, I would have bought it at Canadian Tire for a lot cheaper price. I felt really discriminated that time, feeling that I can't afford the expensive hub cap that he's telling. And then he told me that if I want those hub caps, they will remove the ones installed and put the other. He's kind a rushing me to make decision that time. This guy really don't know what other people are going thru. I was really in a rush that day that's why I scheduled the service first day in the morning. Then had to go back to hospital for my premature baby and bring lunch to my other kids. Even I want to change the hub caps I can't because I need to attend something. That was the worst service I ever had, they did not even apologize for not explaining what they're offering. With the other departments like the customer service and sales, I don't have any issues . But the guys at the parts department, they should be taught how to deal with their customers better. More

I am usually very careful and don't fall for a salesman tricks but shobhat was very genuine and he took me through both sides, buying a used and a new one, which made it really easy for me to decide. he made everything so transparent that I didn't had to worry about anything. he spend 3 hours trying to get a best deal for me from his manager. i am really glad that I bought my first car from you shobhat and I give you 5 stars for your service. Comfortable, accommodating and enjoyable. I recently bought my third vehicle, a Hyundai Elantra GT, at Toronto Hyundai. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was comfortable and at eas I recently bought my third vehicle, a Hyundai Elantra GT, at Toronto Hyundai. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot a few days later. It was quick and easy to work out which vehicle would be right for me, and what kind of pricing and financing plan would suit my budget. Mr Arnold Cabalza was very helpful in making this happen; very knowledgable in the vehicles and plans available, very organized with my information, and prompt in returning my calls and e-mails. Buying this car was actually a pleasant experience; which can't always be said when purchasing a vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured. This was also the first time I've ever had the owner of a dealership make time to come greet me and give me a bit of the dealership's story; Mr Benjamin Leung did so, which I appreciated greatly. Ms Heather Black in financing was also patient and helpful with me while we sealed the deal, so to speak. Lastly, I appreciate them going the extra mile to get my new car to me when I needed it, even though it required a little administrative magic. Overall, Toronto Hyundai packed a lot of value into a new vehicle for a musician on a budget, and their commitment to service is obvious. Happy to have purchased here. More
