He introduced me to the sales manager Lawrence Lam and financial manager Michael Smith. It was a pleasant experience and I purchased the vehicle. On the delivery day my car was ready on time and was spotless and shining. Arnold then introduced me to the customer service staff as well as the managers of all the departments. Setup an apointment for my first maintenance visit. Gave me an example of the cost for regular service intervals. I would like to thank the persons mentioned above for their friendly, courteous manner and helpful suggestions throughout this process. More
