Having walked out of two dealerships in the previous half an hour due to lack of staff interest, we were pleased to enter Toronto Hyundai and immediately were told by the receptionist that someone would be w an hour due to lack of staff interest, we were pleased to enter Toronto Hyundai and immediately were told by the receptionist that someone would be with us very shortly. We were helped by Patrick Philippe who gave us an informative description of the Hyundai Elantra, answered our many questions and finally took us for a test drive. The car fitted our requirements perfectly and we had no hesitation in making a purchase. Took delivery five days later and we're now enjoying our Elantra. We have also received a couple of courtesy calls from Patrick to ensure that everything is OK and that we are happy with our new vehicle. Overall this has been a good experience and we think we made the right decision to try Toronto Hyundai! More

I enjoyed dealing with Patrick. Test drive was comprehensive. I was told about all main features of a car. Price negotiation was long process and I was not easy to convince guy. There are small dents and scratches on back bumper, but it's not big deal. While getting car I was helped a lot about major things to take care of, very grateful for it. One confusion I should notice is warranty. I thought the car still has one (and I remember we discussed it), but it turned out to be expired. So you need to be diligent about it if it's important for you. For me it's small thing which doesn't affect rate. If I plan to buy other hyundai in some future(santa fe, maybe), I'll start from this dealership. More
