After you sign the contract, all customer service is over I had a few concerns about the car that I was told would be addressed but weren't at the time of delivery. 1) Interior needed to be cleaned. As e I had a few concerns about the car that I was told would be addressed but weren't at the time of delivery. 1) Interior needed to be cleaned. As evidence though my pictures, it looks like someone did a hack job on the car's detail. They didn't even clean all the gunk off of the steering wheel. The passenger chair, seat belt, and door panel still had dirt marks all over them. 2) The gas tank lid is broken, before it was popping out when I brought it up, to "fix" this issue, the clip was pressed in so it would appear to be fixed, now I can't even open it. I now have to schedule to have it fixed out of pocket. 3) The weather stripping on the car was torn up and I was told "it would be looked at". I guess that's all they did to it, just look at it as it was not replaced or fixed by any means. 4) The car mats that was included with my car don't even belong in an accord, it was like they took anything they found that would kinda fit and just threw it in there to make it look acceptable. Overall, I would not suggest buying any car through this dealership as they, evidently, don't care about anything you bring up after you sign the papers. I feel like I was just fed a bunch of lies until I received delivery of the car, at which point I was put into a situation where I had no choice but take the car because "I already signed the papers". This is very disappointing as I would love to stick with one dealership for all my car buying needs but clearly they do not want repeat customers, just quick sales to fill their quotas. More

For buying used car this would be one of the highly recommended dealers where one should try at least once. I was looking for Toyota Corolla , interestingly I got the best deal in Toronto Honda. So I realized it could be another source as reputed and reliable. I visited Toyota dealers but didn’t get that much attention as a used car buyer. I called here and got response immediately from Wesley (Wes) and went for test drive car next morning. He is a very polite decent guy. He right away got ready two cars for me for test drive. This kind of willingness I have never seen for other dealers. I met another cool guy Mr. Farhan who also helped me a lot to take right decision and finalize the deal. Wes showed my car’s all papers in details , car fax reports and delivered my car next evening as a new one detailed car. My wife’s expression was really “Wow” as finally we got our family car! I took time to review them as I would do honest review to help potential buyers. After sale service and relation with this dealer is really amazing . There was an issue with my one of tires when I contacted they right away took care of that. Sales manager Mr. Valery addressed promptly and I got it solved. This kind of customer oriented sales team I didn’t found in other dealers. They maintained all safety requirements and fulfilled them to sell any car as they do for Honda cars. To short my long story, I would highly recommend buyers who are specially new in Canada looking for used car , even for different make and model besides Honda , definitely can have a look this dealer while shopping around.
