A carnival of problems - definately NOT recomended. My daughter and myself are Schmucks! Firstly, I would agree with other posters that TopBillin make it very difficult if not impossible to test drive a vehicle and they do not stand behind their products… Product in question - Kia Soul 2012 – high mileage but in “excellent condition” according to the TopBillin advert and info-sheet and Jessie, the salesperson. The carnival of problems!! When we saw the vehicle it was inside their badly lit ‘showroom’ so we did not see the cigarette burns on the two front seats and the head lining being very badly cigarette smoke stained – if those were the only problems we can live with them – unfortunately they weren’t – this has become the gift that keeps on giving (or rather, costing) !! They agreed to replace the tires which, although claimed to be excellent were only just above the legal limit. Unfortunately, they insisted that we contribute 50% to the cost which we reluctantly agreed to. It now appears that the tires that they used were extremely low quality and, in fact, based on the value of these tires, we probably contributed nearer to 100% of the cost. On arriving home after picking the vehicle up, we noticed that the battery connections were loose, the fan belt was badly frayed and the key fob damaged – after a trip back (we live about 90 minutes away from their location) they replaced the battery connection and the fan belt but told us that any keysmith could replace the fob – this was totally untrue as, in fact, the fob and key had to be replaced by Kia themselves at a cost of over $400 + $60 towing fee as the vehicle became undrivable when the key fob failed. So, now we thought it was best to have the vehicle checked out by a Kia dealership – one that I trust as they service another of our vehicles and they have always been up-front and honest with us. Tears ensued from my daughter when they produced the list of faults with the vehicle – from sway bar link being badly bent and out of alignment, faulty bulbs, door not closing properly, stop light holder being loose within the rear bumper, air conditioning badly clogged – total bill - $570. This vehicle was, obviously, very badly treated by its previous owner but should never have been presented as good condition by TopBillin. The only possible excuse I can give is that they believed their mechanics and should take legal action against them for misrepresentation. Final insult (I hope) – the Kia rims that were supplied with the vehicle were badly dented to the extent that they have probably caused damage to the suspension and these, now, need replacing at a cost of over $600. So - $1630 + tires + time and travel costs to put the vehicle in a fit state to use!!! I cannot believe that Topbillin were unaware of the items detailed above and any reputable dealer would not allow a vehicle to be sold in that condition. Colin & Gemma More

I noticed a noise during the test drive from the passenger side of the vehicle and Jesse promised me that it would be fixed when I am picking up the car. I drove the car one more time and the noise was gone. After I picked the vehicle, I took it to the mechanic whom I’m dealing for many years and everything checked out. The car is in great condition and I got a great deal on it. Very happy! More

I came from quite far and had recently survived major cancer surgery. This was supposed to be my victory vehicle. When I arrived Jesse agreed to a price on a vehicle then backed away from the price, yelling at me and telling me that he won't go to the price he agrees to. He then announced across the showroom that I was using the cancer victory as a guilt trip. My daughter and I were in tears. After fighting for my life and asking for a measly $500 off a vehicle, I endured the utmost humiliation and degradation the escape was $16,500 I was seeking it at $16k plus taxes. Not even an apology. More
STAY AWAY - Dishonest dealership I bought a vehicle back in September from Topbillin Auto Sales. I recently was informed after receiving an oil change on March 14, 2017 that my radiat I bought a vehicle back in September from Topbillin Auto Sales. I recently was informed after receiving an oil change on March 14, 2017 that my radiator was leaking and it seemed as if someone performed a botched repair job. I got another mechanic to look at this problem and he confirmed that the radiator indeed had an adhesive holding the bottom end together that most likely was to "repair" a previous leak. I am lucky that I caught this problem early, otherwise I would have a blown engine. This is quite unfortunate because Topbillin Auto informed me that they had a mechanic that guaranteed full functionality of the car and the car had no problems at all. Either their mechanic was incompetent or they knowingly sold a vehicle with a broken radiator that they "repaired" and pretended it was fine. It's pretty clear that they don't care about customers. I almost got stuck buying into their "engine warranty" deal. I'm glad I didn't. More
