Thankfully I didn’t buy a car with them and went to dynasty auto and got my 2015 Range Rover evoque with Andy who was very respectful and treats everyone equally no matter how big or small your budget is! Amazingly Accomodating TJ and his team at Topbillin provided me with an amazing experience... Twice! The first car I purchased from them was three and a half years ago... It TJ and his team at Topbillin provided me with an amazing experience... Twice! The first car I purchased from them was three and a half years ago... It was a beautiful used ford escape with no issues and an amazing price, that made it worth an hour drive from Guelph... And then I got such great additional value from them being so great!.... I drive a lot for work, and 3 years later I made the decision that it was probably getting time to upgrade to a 4WD vehicle... And also I really needed a keypad... Believe me, once you have a keypad on your vehicle, you can't go back... Imagine going to the beach, and not having to worry about your keys!! Because they're locked in your car, and when you're done catching some sweet rays and frisbees, you plug in your code and on your way. It's like having your own personal locker wherever you go... And if you go away, but still want to have someone pick something up, but still have it secured... Put it in your car, lock it and go on your trip, and just give them your code! You can change your code if you have a falling out with them and lose your trust... and honestly they'll probably forget it immediately after they get their package... but I digress... I had a lot of specific things that I wanted, and was having trouble finding it affordably. So I gave TJ my list, and one day he gave me a call with exactly what I wanted... Nailed it. More

This week we walked in to his garage and agreed on a vehicle he said he will process for a credit check and it came out out as very good and we were negotiating on some terms, meantime he is coming back and telling that he had closed the deal with some one else, he was completely unprofessional when I called him to enquire. I really want to know who is he reporting to if some one can help with that piece of information is much appreciated. More
