We bought our first Toyota from Weitzes in 2009. We took it there for all our service and were always satisfied. In June 2021 we bought another car, this time from Thornhill Toyota. Our first service appointment was Dec. 1st. It was my first time taking a car to be serviced. This was always my husband's job, but in August he became seriously ill, and no longer able to drive. Service rep, Bob, promised the car would be ready in 90 minutes, so I decided to stay and wait. Other dealerships have free shuttle service. Why doesn't TH? I had to wait 2 and a half hours for my car to be ready, all the while worried about my sick husband home alone. I called and left a message for the service manager, but nobody called back. Very disappointed for a first experience. More
