I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration after my recent experiences at Thornhill Toyota dealership. During a routine oil change appointment, I was approached by one of their emp frustration after my recent experiences at Thornhill Toyota dealership. During a routine oil change appointment, I was approached by one of their employees who suggested additional repairs. However, I declined the proposal as it seemed unnecessary at the time. To my surprise, just 30 minutes later, I received a call from a customer service representative stating that I had two nails in my tires that needed immediate attention. This incident deeply unsettled me because it felt eerily similar to a situation I had encountered five years ago with my previous car when I visited the same dealership for an oil change. Once again, I was informed about having two nails in my tires that required fixing. The persistent repetition of this pattern raises suspicions, leaving me uncertain whether it's an astonishing coincidence or an attempt by someone at the dealership to earn extra money. Although I lack concrete evidence, the consistent occurrence of this issue during my visits to Thornhill Toyota has left me dissatisfied with the level of trust and transparency at the dealership. I expected a reputable dealership like Thornhill Toyota to prioritize the welfare of their customers and their vehicles. However, this recurring situation has left me questioning their integrity. While I cannot definitively accuse anyone at the dealership of unethical behavior without concrete evidence, I believe it is crucial to share my experiences to ensure that others are aware and can make informed decisions. The last thing any vehicle owner wants is to feel taken advantage of or deceived by the very people they trust to care for their cars. Unfortunately, Thornhill Toyota's repeated occurrences of suggesting tire repairs during oil change appointments have left a sour taste in my mouth. It is disheartening to think that this experience might repeat itself with other customers who may not be aware or cautious enough to question these suggestions. In conclusion, my recent experiences at Thornhill Toyota dealership have left me disappointed and frustrated. The consistent pattern of suggesting tire repairs during oil change appointments raises suspicions about the integrity and transparency of the dealership. I urge others to exercise caution and remain vigilant during their interactions to ensure their trust is not compromised. We have had a great experience dealing with this dealership. From the receptionist, Shiva, to the leasing manager, Hamed, whom we've dealt with for both of our vehicles, to the service advisor, Sha dealership. From the receptionist, Shiva, to the leasing manager, Hamed, whom we've dealt with for both of our vehicles, to the service advisor, Shayan, we have experienced nothing but exceptional service! Ardeshir, the gentleman who oriented our daughter with her first car, was also great in explaining the vehicle and it's unique features before driving away the vehicle from the dealership. I purchased my vehicle last week from Thornhill and the person I dealt with was Russel. This is my 8th new vehicle and I must say the experience with Russel was amazing.
