They didn't have an acceptable one in stock but told me they would find one elsewhere. It took them 48 hours to find one. They told me they didn't time to search for one in the first day. I went in and gave them a deposit on Wednesday. Thursday morning they called to advise it was sold. I called the sales manager to complain about the delays and he told me it was my fault for not giving them a deposit on Monday, He advised me he didn't want to deal with a dissatisfied customer and would reimburse my deposit. On Friday morning I called Dixie Ford in Mississauga and purchased a 2015 Ford Escape. The total transaction took less then two hours. Also, they treated me like valued customer, unlike Thorncrest.
