David Land in the Service Dept. is super and the young lady in the Parts Dept. is great. Now...The young lady that drives the shuttle van to pick clients up could use a lot of personality. We had our car in for service on March 8 and she picked us up on the 9th to get our car back. When we got in we said "HI" and we got a very short and low..."HI".....The only sound in the van all the way to the dealership was the sound of the signal and when I cleared my throat. We felt like we were putting her out because she was picking us up or she wasn't happy with her job. We didn't expect an extensive conversation but at least make the client feel welcomed and not uneasy. When we got out at the Dealership my husband asked her if she was mad that she had to pick us up. She replied "NO just that she had another scheduled pick up on the other side of the city and had to pick us up because she was in the area". She needs some lessons in how to deal with clients if she is to keep doing her job! More

Excellent customer service and understanding I had just lost my job in Alberta and was travelling home back to the Maritimes and of course the weather was not at all the best, while travelling th I had just lost my job in Alberta and was travelling home back to the Maritimes and of course the weather was not at all the best, while travelling through Ontario my windshield wipers decided to stop working and driving in these conditions were dangerous at best. I was directed to Lakehead Dodge and met with Grant Wilkie, he heard what was wrong and although there were no openings, he told me to leave the truck and they will look at it. Not only did they look at it, they told me what was wrong, did not put parts in that were not necessary and told me how to fix the problem should it occur again. He then tells me they are not going to charge me for their time, what can I say, it was just what I needed to hear, they treated me with respect and did not take advantage of the situation, I seriously could not drive on without wipers. Upmost respect for Grant and his Service Dept. Thank you. More

Over all pretty good. My over all experience was good. The dealership met most of my very specific and rigid demands. The only thing I was unhappy with was they did not use My over all experience was good. The dealership met most of my very specific and rigid demands. The only thing I was unhappy with was they did not use my old plates when I asked them to, instead they put new plates on my vehicle. And they did not give me the plate portion of my old ownership so it cost me $20 to get my refund for my old plates. More
