Wonderful and Helpful Lakehead motors went out of their way to make sure I got into the vehice i wanted. Michelle was my sales lady and is a huge pleasure to work with. I've worked with her before and my experience has been top notch both times now. Doug was the guy t o go to if you need him to find you any specific vehicle and a huge thanks to Cherie for the great financing and extras. A pleasure to deal with Take Votaries and Rocco Cristoforo Taki was absolutely professional and empathetic to my needs and time constraints. This was my first time dealing with Taki, but I've earmarked him as my go to guy going forth. Rocco is always a pleasure to deal with. This is the third vehicle in a row I've negotiated on with Rocco. HIs flexibility and personality are part of the reason I've come back again and again. Cherie Papa was extremely thorough yet respectful of my personal time constraints. She too was very accommodating, making the completion of our transaction painless. See you all in a couple of years. A friendly, helpful and very professional operation! My experience at Lakehead Motors was a pleasant surprise compared to other dealers we had visited. Started with Greg Cleland who met us in the parkng My experience at Lakehead Motors was a pleasant surprise compared to other dealers we had visited. Started with Greg Cleland who met us in the parkng lot. Then he took us to his desk to determine our needs . Found us a vehicle on his computer and brought it round for us to see. He knew his stuff! We wanted to see a different group of options and he brought us another vehicle, which we ultimately purchased. We sat down with Cherie Papa to discuss finances. She was very enthusiastic and she too knew what she was talking about ! After we had closed the deal (with Greg and Cheri's caring help), the Service Co-Ordinator went through a thorough run down on our service packages and took me on a tour of the departments. The manager of the dealership came out to thank me for our business. All in all a very positive experience that seemed genuine and not the typical forced (I have to do this) scenario. Thanks to everyone at Lakehead Motors !! More

Great Customer Service Went in to purchase a basic van with no options. Taki was very accomodating never pushed for upgrading knowing that I would not be interested.
